The first High Sierra BBQ took place on Tuesday, July 19th atop Selden Pass in the John Muir Wilderness. Twenty-eight bacon cheeseburgers and five veggie burgers were served. About 20 cold beers were served as well.
This High Sierra BBQ will be the first of many to come, as we enjoy hiking ridiculous amenities into the wilderness when it comes to delicious food!
